【TRIP REPORT】Beat the Summer Heat! Visiting the Toontown "Get Wet" Splash Area at Tokyo Disneyland! 💦💦🐭✨

Hello, everyone! 👋💖

The other day, on a hot summer weekday, we took the kids to Tokyo Disneyland using the "After 3 Summer Passport"! 🎟️🌅✨

It was an absolute scorcher of a day... ☀️🔥 But my kids, who LOVE playing in the water, were beyond excited for one specific spot in the park!

And that spot is the "Toontown Get Wet Area & Attraction", which is happening right now through September 14! 💦🎉

Today, I’m sharing all the fun details and tips from our splash-tastic experience! 👇📱💕

📸 Toontown Entrance is Already in "Get Wet" Mode! 🚿✨

First up, the main entrance of Toontown! 🚪✨ Right now, the Toontown sign features the words "Get Wet" (びしょ濡れ), and the ground is covered in super cute water splash illustrations! It makes the perfect photo spot! 📸👀💖

As you walk deeper into Toontown, you'll spot signs pointing left and right letting you know that water fun is everywhere! 🗺️💦



💦 【LEFT AREA】No Mercy Water Splashes! The Firehouse & Fireworks Factory Splash Spots 🚰💥

Following the signs to the left side of Toontown toward Downtown Toontown (near Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin), you’ll find the main splash zone! 🚨💦

Here, iconic spots like the Toontown Firehouse, Fireworks Factory, and the Jolly Trolley Garage have turned into hilarious water play spots! 🚒💥

When kids press the buttons at the Firehouse or touch the levers, water shoots out in unexpected ways, and water comes raining down from above without mercy! 😱🚿💥

Of course, adults can join in on the fun too! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨ (I was a bit hesitant to get soaked so I watched from a distance, but the kids bravely ran straight into the splash zone! 🏃‍♂️💨)

👕 Packing Tip!

If your kiddos love water, we STRONGLY recommend bringing towels and a full change of clothes! 🧼👕 And even if you forget, don't worry—the park shops carry tons of cute Disney apparel, so buying a new outfit as a souvenir is part of the fun! 🛍️🐭❤️

🎢 【RIGHT AREA】Soak Up the Thrills on Gadget’s Go Coaster! 🐿️💦

Next, we headed to the area on the right to ride Gadget’s Go Coaster! 🎢✨ Kids who are 90 cm (approx. 35 inches) or taller can ride this super fun mini-coaster!

And guess what? This coaster currently has a special "Get Wet" twist! 💦👀

During the final turn, water splashes onto riders, and after the coaster finishes, mist jets launch straight into the air with a splash of water at the very end! 💨🚿💥

It’s not a "drenching" experience, but when we rode it together, it felt like a super refreshing splash of coolness! 💨✨ We dried off naturally in the summer heat very quickly, so we didn't even need to change clothes after this one! ☀️👍

【The Ultimate Guide】Tokyo Disneyland Parade Route: Where is the Best Spot to Watch? 🏰🌈✨

【Maihama】Shopping Magic Without a Park Ticket! Vol.1: Disney Store🐭🏰 Ikspiari 🛍️✨

 "I couldn't get a park ticket," "It's my last day and I just want to shop before heading to the airport," or "I want to make the most of my arrival day!" — If this sounds like you, I have the perfect spot! 🐭🏰 Located right in front of the JR Maihama Station gates, this is one of the largest Disney Stores in Japan!  ✨ 📍 Basic Info & Access It's located at the "Entry Plaza" on the 2nd floor of Ikspiari. A prime location just a 1-minute walk from the station! 🏃‍♂️💨 Hours : 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM 🕙 Location : Ikspiari 2F (Right by the entrance near Maihama Station) Payments : Credit cards, IC cards (Suica/PASMO), and major QR payments are accepted. 💳📱 🌟 What Makes This Store Amazing?
