Tomorrowland at Tokyo Disneyland is undergoing a massive, unbelievable makeover with a total investment of around 100 billion JPY (approx. $660 Million USD)! 💸🏰

The official names and thrilling details for the two brand-new attractions and the redesigned area set to open in 2027 have finally been revealed! 🎉

🍭 World First! "Wreck-It Ralph: Sweet Rescue"

The world's very first attraction themed after Disney's Wreck-It Ralph has officially been named "Wreck-It Ralph: Sweet Rescue" (scheduled to open in Spring 2027)! 🍬🚗✨

In this indoor attraction, you'll team up with Ralph and Vanellope to save the sweet racing world of "Sugar Rush" from the pesky "Sugarbugs"—glitches created by King Candy! 🎮

Plus, the surrounding shops are getting a total refresh alongside the attraction👇

A merchandise store selling a wide variety of Disney goods 🛍️✨

  • "Popping Station": A brand-new popcorn stand replacing "Popping Pod," which closed in November 2024 🍿

🚀 Reborn Space Mountain! "Space Mountain: Earthrise"

The beloved original Space Mountain that closed in July 2024 is returning with a complete transformation!

Its official new name is "Space Mountain: Earthrise"! 🌌✨

While keeping the thrill of an indoor coaster, everything from the building structure to the ride system is being completely renewed from scratch! 🏗️

Even better, it will feature the first onboard audio system ever on a Tokyo Disney Resort coaster! Combined with special light and sound effects, you'll get to experience an immersive space journey like never before—I can't wait to hear the onboard audio! 🎶🚀

"Earthrise" refers to the breathtaking view of the Earth rising above the moon's horizon. Representing the beauty and uniqueness of Earth in the universe, this is an exclusive, Japan-original theme! You can really feel the love for our planet! 🌍💙

🌿 "Tomorrowland Plaza": Harmonizing Humanity and Nature

Along with the new attractions, a brand-new central plaza named "Tomorrowland Plaza" will be born at the heart of Tomorrowland! 🌳✨

Monuments inspired by natural elements like fire, water, earth, and wood, as well as celestial lights, will be installed around the area. At night, the plaza will come alive with magical light and sound performances! 🎆

Inside the plaza, a counter-service spot called "Element Express" will also open, serving delicious snacks and beverages. It's going to be the perfect relaxing spot for a quick break—I can already picture myself sipping a drink while watching the evening show! 🥤✨

I honestly can't stop smiling with excitement for the grand opening in 2027! 🥹✨
