Today, I want to share some "Real Talk" about the Maihama area and introduce a life-saving spot you MUST remember!

🌪️ The "Keiyo Stopper": Watch Out for the Wind!

Did you know that Tokyo Disney Resort is surrounded by the sea? Because of this, it is famous for being EXTREMELY windy! 🌬️💨

Sometimes the wind is so strong that the Keiyo Line (the train to Maihama Station) slows down or even stops! Among Japanese fans, we jokingly call this the "Keiyo Stopper." 😂 Make sure to check the train status before you leave your hotel! 🗓️✅

🌲 The "Kafun" (Pollen) Trap

During this season, the wind carries a LOT of "Kafun" (Cedar Pollen). 🌲💨 I often hear from international guests saying, "Oh no! I developed hay fever after visiting Tokyo Disney!" 😭

Also, long days of walking can lead to unexpected troubles:

• "My favorite shoes gave me a painful blister! I need a Band-aid!" 🩹👟

• "I have a sudden headache... where can I find medicine?" 💊🤕

📍 Drugstore "Tomod's" (Inside IKSPIARI)

Located just a 1-minute walk from the JR Maihama Station! Exit the ticket gate, turn left, and it's right in front of you inside the IKSPIARI shopping mall! 🛍️✨

Here is why I highly recommend Tomod's for international guests:

✅ Tax-Free Shopping! 🛍️🎌 I checked yesterday, and they have "Tax-Free" signs posted! It’s a great deal for travelers. (Note: Don't forget to bring your original passport for the tax refund! 🛂)

✅ Stroller & Suitcase Friendly 👶🧳 The aisles are relatively wide, so you can shop comfortably even if you have a stroller or big luggage.

✅ Pro-Tip: Be Ready at the Register! 💳 This shop is very popular, so the line at the cashier can get long. To keep things moving, have your credit card or cash ready while you wait in line! 🏃‍♀️💨
